1. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
As an EU consumer you generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The period runs 14 days from the day you (or a person you name, other than the carrier) receive the goods. To withdraw, send a clear statement (e.g. an email) to hello@pearlsroses.com before the period ends.
2. Exception: made-to-order products
Every item in this store is printed on demand only after you order it, to your chosen design, size and colour. Under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU (and § 53 of the Estonian Law of Obligations Act), the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised. This means we cannot accept returns for change of mind, wrong size choice or similar. Please check the size guide before ordering.
3. Defects, misprints and damage
If your item arrives faulty, misprinted, damaged or wrong, email us within 30 days of delivery at hello@pearlsroses.com with your order number and a photo. We will replace it free of charge (or refund you if a replacement is not possible). You do not need to send the item back unless we ask. This does not limit your statutory rights for non-conforming goods, which remain in place for at least two years.
4. Refunds
Approved refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days. Prices are final; VAT not applicable.
